Research Use Only Terms & Purchaser Agreement

By checking the box on the site entry screen and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution, or purchasing on behalf of one.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use all products purchased from RealAminos exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. You agree not to introduce any product into a human or animal body for any purpose, and not to resell, distribute, or represent any product for human or animal use.

3. No Warranty of Fitness for Human Use

All products are provided "as-is" for research use only. RealAminos makes no warranty that any product is safe or fit for use in or on humans or animals.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealAminos, its officers, and suppliers from any claim, loss, or liability arising from a use of the products inconsistent with this Agreement.
